Meet Dr. David Shock

Dr. David Shock brings a unique perspective to dentistry. Originally from Greenfield, IN, Dr. Shock transitioned into dental care as a second career. He earned a BS in Kinesiology from Indiana University and worked as an athletic trainer before returning to school to pursue dentistry. He graduated from dental school in 2004 at age 29 and went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in Florida, where he gained advanced experience in surgery, endodontics, and TMJ care.

After working in corporate dentistry and running a scratch practice in Noblesville, Dr. Shock found a home in Fairmount. Now with over 17 years of experience, he focuses on providing personalized care with a small-town feel, taking time to educate patients and ensure they understand their options without feeling rushed.
